Accumulation planer

Here we perform a modulation of the speed of the planer’s input transfers. The goal is to maintain a constant board accumulation at all times.

DO2 s90 automatic packing machine

Fully automatic packaging of lumber packages. Printing of the label directly on the fabric, stapling of the fabric on the package. The S90 is the fastest in its class, packing up to 90 packages per hour.

DO2 s60 automatic packing machine

Fully automatic packaging of lumber packages. Printing of the label directly on the fabric, stapling of the fabric on the package. The S60 can pack up to 60 packages per hour.

Double fork stacker

For any type of wood package, it can reach speeds of 22 rows per minute. In this video you can see the automatic lathing machine that deposits the laths between certain rows.
